Bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. Many low-cost products use magnesium oxide and print the compound weight, not the magnesium. We print the elemental magnesium per capsule so you can compare products directly.

What's the difference between glycinate and bisglycinate?
They describe the same compound: magnesium bound to glycine. 'Bisglycinate' says two glycine molecules per magnesium.
